Scope of the project: General plan should be prepared in accordance with Russian legislation to ensure further development and zoning of land. Project proposals are based on analysis of current land use structure, natural conditions and resources, social and economic aspects, and infrastructure availability. General plan allows synchronizing the land development plans with necessary land permits, connections to utilities, traffic solutions, and environmental restrictions.
Development of land (urban development) in compliance with General plan allows:
- raising attractiveness of town (settlement) for residents and investors.
- improving quality of urban environment.
- avoiding conflicts caused by uncontrolled building.
