• Field analysis of urban environment; Public space survey and potential for development analysis; Social media & GIS analysis;
• Description of the role of public spaces in a post-industrial town; city growth & development retrospective (infographic);
• We’ve chosen cities as prototypes, similar in a number of aspects to Surgut, described their story of successful development;
• Developed a vision for Surgut in terms of economic drivers;
• New policies for enhancement and development of urban environment in Surgut;
• Made a public space network concept for the city;
• Chosen 6 public spaces and made detailed concepts with visualizations.
