- Connecting priorities for socio-economic development with development
plans for adjacent territories. -
Proposals for spatial layout of Irkutsk and adjacent territories, considering
current parks and recreation system. - Comprehensive proposal for transportation system, including new
connections, parking policies, public transit policies, proposals for transit
hubs. -
Proposals for parks and recreation system and public space system,
embankments and interaction with water in the city, divided by different
typologies and development visions. - New functional layout of the city and a new model for growth, including
a plan for new sub-centers. -
Creating a strategy for new urban environment, including areas that
are less urbanized. - Industrial and post-industrial job strategies.
