The existing planning structure of the village is quite compact and meets the principle of comfortable perception of its scale by a person, but a significant part of the territories inside the already formed elements are not used with proper efficiency and has many "voids", which creates a feeling of "fragmentation" of the village into separate areas.
To create a balanced, efficiently functioning and comfortable spatial system, it is necessary to consolidate and activate all the territories of the village, primarily public territories, not only with regard to rethinking the functioning of the objects themselves, but also the territories around them. Strengthening the role of the community center of the village due to its functional and visual content, as a point of unification of several isolated areas with different typology and quality of development, will contribute not only to the spatial connectivity of the territory, but also to the cohesion of the inhabitants of the settlement.
This territory is a potential community center of the entire village, because it is already the geometric and planning center of the village, is located at the intersection of stable pedestrian and transport links and is located within walking distance from the cultural center.
The color gamut characteristic of the Taiga is used in the color solutions for the IAF, coatings and selection of vegetation.
The laying of wooden slats of the "herringbone" type, characteristic of a part of residential individual houses occupying most of the territory of the village, as well as the importance of aluminum production are reflected in the patterns and materials for the IAF, created according to an individual project for the village of Taiga.
Priority measures envisaged for the urgent period (2020-2023), with the exception of organizational ones, are implemented mainly in the central part of the village. In accordance with the order of planned transformations, the territory is one of the priority territories:
Creation of a public center – organization of a square for mass events, construction of a sports center, creation of a village park, reconstruction and construction of transport infrastructure facilities and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
