On December 8th 2014, Eugenia Kolesova took part in a two-day strategic urban planning session, which was dedicated to prospects of spatial development in Kaliningrad. The event gathered many experts in the field of urban planning, urban sociology and urban economics from Kaliningrad itself, as well as other Russian and foreign experts.
