XII Russian countrywide forum «Strategic planning in Russian regions and cities: shaping the framework» started on October 21st2013 in Saint Petersburg. During the roundtable discussion on methodology of making the city rankings, Urbanica presented Aggregate City Ranking of 2013 (Top-100). Leading cities this year are: Krasnodar (at the 1st place), Surgut (2nd place), Ekaterinburg (3rd place). Aggregate ranking by Urbanica is annual since 2011, and it shows the change in socio-economic growth of the biggest Russian cities (by population).
