The design area is the cultural center of the city, as well as a place of rest, walks and communication of citizens.
Important areas of design solutions are the preservation and strengthening of the cultural significance of the place, providing residents with the opportunity to spend time on the territory in an interesting, useful and diverse way.
For this purpose, large areal spaces are preserved in the structure of the territory for the possibility of holding mass events involving a significant part of the citizens. And the rest of the territory is designed in such a way that a local resident and a guest of the city at any time of the day and in any season will find a place for both quiet and active recreation and for the restoration of spiritual strength.
Since the territory is rich in objects that have historical and cultural value, the preservation of places of memory of key events of the past and the creation of a bridge between the past and the future is also a priority area of the development concept.
Last but not least, the preservation of the “spirit of the place”, that is, finding ways to create a harmonious symbiosis of the industrial image and the natural with the introduction of cultural features of the area.

* Combination of industrial and natural landscapes on the territory. -

* Environmental friendliness. Use of eco-friendly materials, preservation, restoration and enhancement of existing green spaces
* Variety. Variability and all-season use of the territory, functional content for users of different ages
* Identity. Identification of urban symbols and formation of a unique image of the place
* Comfort and safety. Adaptation of the environment for low-mobility citizens, the division of spaces into transit, open and semi-private for a safe and comfortable pastime.
