Research center for testing and refining of automotive vehicles «NAMI» is the largest Centre for Certification of automotive vehicles, spares and accessories in Russia. This is a focal point for district development due to trends as the complexity of the Russian car, the growth of expenses on R&D in cost from 1.5% to 4%, import substitution. An expected impact: involvement of car manufacturers and development of parks of automotive components.
• Creation of science and technology park (R&D centers of car makers, developers of new products, training center, services for the innovative companies);
• Development more than 900 hectares of industrial sites to accommodate new car makers in industrial parks;
• Human capital development: opportunities for education, communication, recreation and comfortable housing;
• Development of the stadium of technical sports.
