• Improvements of transport service and transport links. Withdrawal of transit in Volokolamsk and Teryaevo. The implementation of projects for the development of infrastructure serving agriculture;
• Formation of walking and bicycle tourist routes on historical streets. Improvement of central parks and squares;
• Creation of 3 thousand vacancies because of the implementation of measures for the development of tourism and agriculture.
