Investm The concept of complex renovation of the Laspi site includes the preservation of the landscape and the natural characteristics of the area, the formation of a sustainable recreational function and environmental protection on the territory. An important task was to use the entire potential of the site: mountainous terrain with a large elevation difference, picturesque landscapes, a unique landscape and vegetation, and the existing infrastructure. The project provides for the division of the territory into 4 zones, each of which has an individual functional content.
The core of the future landscape park is Central Park. In this place is the main entrance to the territory. To preserve the unique types of trees and shrubs, the project envisages the construction of an elevated walking path in the main part of this park, which will cover a large area and combine the functions of a viewing platform and view boardwalk. In the southern part of this zone is an alley of «Masters». It is a multifunctional platform for practicing traditional crafts and holding various fairs and celebrations. This zone and the elevated road are the direct connection between the Central and Western parks. From the south, this territory is bordered by a children’s camp. At the entrance to the territory of the landscape park, an entrance stella is installed.
