Work performed during the project
- Forming the main concept for the cluster named «Gumlokt resort»;
- Defining future touristic capacities, main features of the touristic cluster;
- Making a concept for historic ethos museum;
- Developing main architectural and planning features for basic elements of the cluster, considering civil engineering infrastructure and transportation;
- Making an approximate estimate;
- Proposing future promotion strategy and ways of support by local government.
