Managing director of Urbanica made a presentation during the forum entitled “The new Saint Petersburg. Accumulation of agglomeration-forming activity in the southern part of the city”

On May 16^th 2014, Anton Finogenov made a presentation during the forum entitled “The new Saint Petersburg. Accumulation of agglomeration-forming activity in the southern part of the city” hosted by development committee of Russian guild of managers and developers . Anton spoke about main urban planning limitations for development activity in the southern districts of Saint Petersburg. Furthermore, many issues on coordination of investment activity in the southern part of the city and government relations on the matter were discussed during the event. Collaboration of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast authorities on the subject of development in the southern part of the city was one of those issues.
