There are 17 large industrial and warehouse complexes with a total area of more than 1.6 million sq.m. in Bogorodskiy urban okrug. The area is an investment-attractive location for new industrial parks and complexes taking into account the developed railway and automobile infrastructure, large logistic centers, high transit capacity of the area as well as the growing demand for high-quality industrial and warehouse facilities.
• Creation of new industries and development of existing ones;
• Support for the development of industrial parks in terms of the creation of transport infrastructure;
• Creation of urban environment saturated with objects of attraction, formation of new public spaces;
• Creation of center of secondary professional education taking into account the needs of the territory on specializations and opportunities of industrial parks for dual training.
