Work performed during the project
• Comprehensive assessment of the territory and socio-economic situation, assessment of development potential and identification of growth points;
• Forming proposals for urban policies, future development of transportation, social infrastructure, housing construction, landscaping and new network of public spaces;
• Proposals for the visual and spatial transformation of the urban environment in terms of solving the problems of increasing the city attractiveness;
• Strategic session on the development and discussion of the master plan with the participation of representatives of the city Administration, Nornickel, Norilsk development Agency, local experts and taking into account the results of the session in the project proposals;
• Preparation of conceptual ideas for the development of the city, including sketches of the appearance of some objects and territories, the main technical and economic indicators.
