• The unique project of making a recreational space in the historical center of the town to improve the quality of life and add diversity to the space.
• The tricky part of the project is that the territory of this new recreational space is surrounded with objects of town heritage and some part of the territory is in the secured zone of heritage.
• Preserving the appearance of current wild landscapes and secured landscape zones;
• Preserving the objects of town heritage;
• Making the “core” of the town center to attract residents and tourists;
• Designing new pedestrian and transport connections within the recreational zone with the vision to interconnect the neighborhoods around the area and to integrate the park into the town structure;
• One of the goals is to use all possible bodies of water. Boat station is proposed for this purpose.
