On September 3rd 2014, Urbanica and partners made a successful presentation of urban planning/marketing research for the territory in Naberezhnye Chelny, The Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. During the research, various experts analyzed the real estate market, main opportunities for city’s growth and engineering and construction conditions, and made the risk evaluation. The result of the work was a list of recommendations for typology of residential and commercial buildings, considering the given main market trends and conditions.
