On February 20, 2014 managing director of Urbanica, Anton Finogenov, made a speech titled “Urban planning aspects of Development concept of Leningrad Oblast territories, adjacent to administrative borders of Saint Petersburg” within the discussion titled “Development in the Leningrad Oblast: from general to specific”. This event is considered one of the best for discussing problems and prospects of different kinds of development of land, adjacent to borders of Saint Petersburg.
