On November 19th 2014, Alexander Kholodnov made a presentation during the roundtable discussion entitled “Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast: secrets of investment attraction”. The discussion was one of the events at the North-West Business Forum entitled “Economy of the region. Who will ensure growth?”. The presentation was dedicated to interconnection of residential development and development of infrastructure on the territories of Leningrad Oblast, adjacent to Saint Petersburg.
