On October 10th 2013, the first meeting of public expert board of Yuzhny satellite town presided over by Mihail Piotrovsky, director of the Hermitage, was held at the House of Architects. During the discussion, managing director of Urbanica, Anton Finogenov presented the urban planning concept of Yuzhny satellite town.
