Managing director of Urbanica, Anton Finogenov, moderated a roundtable discussion called «The policy of urban polycentrism. Risks, opportunities, the role of government and private businesses» during PROUrban 2013. Forum was timed to the year of The Netherlands in Russia and attracted many architects, businessmen, and urban planners from The Netherlands. Roundtable discussion took place in the renovated General Staff Building, which is a part of the Hermitage museum complex. Officials of Rotterdam and Leningrad Oblast, consultants from Russia and The Netherlands and the developers of two biggest projects in Saint Petersburg – Lahta Center and ExpoForum all took part in the roundtable discussion.
